Our Approach to Remote Learning
Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic we have worked hard to provide high quality teaching and learning opportunities for all of our children, whether they are children of key workers or working remotely from home. Linked from each of our class pages you will find a daily plan for remote learning which continues to provide sequential , progressive learning for all of our children.
Below you will also find our Remote Learning Policy. This meets the expectations set out in the DfE guidance ‘Remote Education Support’https://www.gov.uk/guidance/remote-education-during-coronavirus-covid-19
Where a child or family does not have access to either a device or the opportunity to work online, we will do what we can to support them and will provide paper packs of learning where appropriate. Where funding can be accessed, remote devices (eg, laptops) and/or 4G connections will be sought, particularly for disadvantaged children. Parents will be reminded to make the school aware of any barriers to accessing remote learning. Paper copies will still be available.

At our school we use a number of high quality online platforms to support children's learning and development. These are linked from the Home Learning tab on our website. If you need any login details, please do not hesitate to contact your child's class teacher.
Life Skills Bingo
We understand how important it is to have a balanced life and have come up with a Life Skills Bingo for parents and carers to use over the coming weeks. With a whole range of traditional and fun activities, as well as some very important life skills, we hope that you can use these with your children during holidays, weekends and at times when we all need something a bit different. Maybe plan one or two in each week...
