HOME LEARNING - Week Beginning 1.6.20
Welcome to another Term and another week. I hope you all had a really lovely half term break and are ready for some more exciting learning. This week we are preparing for opening the school more widely from 8th June so we have provided some fun activities for you to get involved with on the Whole School Curriculum Page that we are calling Wild About Science.
We see the return of the ever popular Science Selfie and also a fabulous 30 Days Wild Challenge. Please have some fun with these activities and send us your photos for the Wild About Science Gallery Page.
As always, please let us know if you need anything and how you are getting on.
Have a lovely day and stay safe!

COVID-19 Update - 20/3/20
Following the Government announcement on Wednesday, from this afternoon, Westwood with Iford School will be closed until further notice.
The Home Learning processes put in place and issued, in anticipation of this announcement, mean that our pupils will continue to have access and support to daily learning.
Details for those children who may be eligible to come to school during the shutdown have now been finalised and sent to all parents. Please take care, look after yourselves and each other in the community. We hope to see you all again soon.
Welcome to Our School
On behalf of the staff, children, parents and governors I would like to warmly welcome you to Westwood with Iford Primary School. We believe our school is a happy and purposeful place to learn, with a strong sense of community, where children are always encouraged to aim high.
Every member of our skilled and dedicated staff is committed to the safety and care of our pupils and we continually strive to make learning fun and to provide an education that develops the whole child academically, socially and emotionally. I do hope that you enjoy browsing our school’s website and that it gives you an insight into all that we do at Westwood with Iford. Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can help you in any way and I would be delighted to show you around our school, of which we are very proud.
